Because when I begin a task, I take time to make an action plan. Planning gives me the spark to forge ahead and the confidence to succeed.

Then I jump right in.

My plan is developed around small, attainable actions. I lets me know, step-by-step, what actions to take from beginning to end. Completing each of these tasks gives me even more confidence and the momentum I need to achieve my goals.

My plan is sound but not set it in stone. I easily adapt if circumstances change. Although my destination stays the same, my course can vary, just as long as I am still moving toward my goal.

I have all the tools and techniques I need to relieve stress in times of challenge. These tools enable me to achieve my goals by bringing me confidence in times of doubt. These tools energize me when my enthusiasm wanes.

I take obstacles in stride.

When I’m feeling stressed, I simply take a moment to breathe deeply.

Breathing deeply allows my body to relax and gives a surge of oxygen to my brain. This helps to me to achieve my goals by calming my mind and clarifying my thoughts.

I use positive self-talk and affirmations to replace any negative thoughts I may have. This renews my confidence in my ability to achieve my goals.

I eat right, exercise and get enough rest to keep my energy level high. I use meditation and prayer to rejuvenate my spirit.

My daily step-by-step action plan gives me the confidence and power that allows me to overcome any challenges and accomplish every task I need to achieve my goals.

I am a goal achiever.

Today, I choose to plan my goals and work my plan with renewed energy and confidence. With my daily action plan and my set of valuable tools, I can take the action I need to achieve my goals and bring me quickly toward success.
