Healthy Weight Management vs. Short term Weight Loss

When a client comes to me wanting to lose weight using hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming Techniques, my first questions is “Why do you want to lose weight?”

I ask this because I’ve found that once you understand your “why” the “how” becomes much easier.

The “Weight Loss” Mindset

When it comes to losing weight the reason most people only experience temporary success is they have a “weight loss” mindset. In other words the have a short term goal such as being able to look good for a special day or event.
