I picture my goals and dreams vividly in my mind. These images give me direction and help me to take action towards their achievement.

Sometimes I need to increase my motivation. When I think about my “why” I am motivated to take the action I need.

To stay motivated I stay focused on my dreams and goals. This focus gives me the inspiration to take the action I need achieve them,

My focus is what enables me to take the action I need to achieve my dreams. In order to stay focused when I get distracted, I image patience, determination, and most of all, taking action.

I know that it is only through taking action that I move toward my dreams and goals.

Motivation comes from both the inside and the outside. I look for and use them both.

My inner motivation inspires me to go after what I want, while outside motivators like the people I know and circumstances in my life help guide and direct my actions.

I am constantly motivated to make my dreams and goals come true.

By prioritizing my time and other resources around my highest aspirations I remain focused and motivated.

Today, I am highly motivated and take the action I need. I look for efforts that will help me make progress toward my dreams and goals.
