I create an atmosphere that creates inner peace in my life.

I create this space by proactively making time for myself to relax. I schedule time for activities that are calming and relaxing. By making time to do the things that create inner peace I recharge my spirit.

Since my days are busy with things that make demands of me I make sure that I allot time to do the things I enjoy doing. I make time in my day to relax and breathe deeply to calm my mind and body. I plan time in the evening to read or take a peaceful walk.

I make time for myself and allow myself to make time for me a high priority.

Since my time and my schedule are important I make time for myself because taking time for relaxation and creating inner peace is equally important to me. I make time to step away from my busy life and deeply breathe in calmness.

Today I choose to create the time I need to find the inner peace I need. I find the time to relax and recharged.

Today I will make time to create inner peace.
