I Keep an Attitude of Gratitude in My Heart

No matter the situation, I maintain an attitude of gratitude as I focus on my blessings rather than on my constraints.

No matter what challenges confronts me, I express my gratitude.

I am grateful for these obstacles because I know gray clouds mean rain. It’s rain that brings new life into the earth.

Even though the challenges I face may seem overwhelming, in the same way these trials teach me lessons I need to make me a stronger person.

In all situations I maintain my attitude of gratitude and rejoice, because there is a reason for everything.

I trust that my life is in the hands of my Creator, the infinite mind. As the trials come, so will the solutions. I know that my Creator never gives me more than I can handle. My creator has made me strong enough to handle whatever comes my way.

When things are going well my gratefulness reminds me to be humble and   not take things for granted.

It can be easy to believe that my blessings are simply the result of my hard work or that somehow I am entitled to them. But really it’s only by grace and mercy that I have all of the good things that are in my life.

I keep an attitude of gratitude at all times because I realize there are people around the world or even in my city that are in much worse situations than me. I hold compassion in my heart for them. This helps me remember how blessed I am.

Today, I choose to have an attitude of gratitude because I know it can shift my perspective and give me the outlook I desire. I also know a happy outlook can soothe a difficult situation, but an attitude of complaint only makes things more challenging.

I express my gratitude for everything in my life because I know I am truly blessed.
