I Can Do This

If you feel like you’re being held back it could be that your subconscious mind is preventing you from living the life of your dreams.

You can remove the blocks in your subconscious mind by using positive daily affirmations and self talk to boost your self confidence and overcome the challenges in your life.

If you do feel that your lack of self confidence is holding you back then read this message out loud to yourself morning and night for the next 21 days.

“I Can Do This”

I realize that sometimes things are going run smoothly and sometimes my path is going to be rough.

Life has its ups and downs. That’s the way life is.

When times are wonderful and my path is smooth, I rejoice in my fortune. I enjoy these experiences as much as I can.

I also recognize that challenges can come my way.

When my path takes a sharp turn and the road gets rough as I approach a trying situation, I draw on my past to gain the confidence to move through.

I tell myself “Life has its ups and downs. That’s the way life is. I can do this”.

As I tell myself this I can gain confidence. This self confidence lets me know I can do overcome whatever life throws at me.

I re-frame constraining events as challenges.

I tell myself, “Here’s a rough patch in the road; I know can navigate it” or “No matter how high the mountain; I know I can climb it.”

I tell myself “Life has its ups and downs. That’s the way life is. I can do this”.

The dichotomy of living is that in order to truly experience good times, I must be successful in navigating my way down the challenging paths that sometime appear before me.

I would never know success without challenge. So to enjoy the highs I must move through the lows.

I understand and embrace the necessity of both types of experiences. It is for this reason I tell myself “Life has its ups and downs. That’s the way life is. I can do this”.

  3. What can I do to boost my self confidence and convince myself that I can make it through anything in life?
