I Am Prepared for the Changes Life Brings My Way

Life is about change. Change often brings challenges.

I accept all challenges that come my way and do my best to prepare for them.

Because I have prepared for what comes my way, I can handle anything and I have peace through all of the changes life brings to me.

I am prepared and ready for life.

I invest my time thinking about where my life is going. I map out my goals and plan for what I want next.

Even though I prepare for change, I realize that my plans may turn out differently than I expect.

But by being prepared, I know I can shape more of my own destiny.

I accept life as it comes.

I avoid becoming fearful or angry at the changes in my world. I realize that change is important.

Although change feels challenging in the moment I realize that it usually turns out to be in my best interests.

I avoid judging each experience by itself and put it into the bigger context of my life as a whole. As I put challenges in context I find that they are often far different than I first thought.

In the midst of a storm, I remain calm.

I take the time to think clearly. This allows me to decide what steps I will take.

Because I take the time to plan my steps, I avoid getting off of my path.

I make adjustments quickly and easily because I embrace change instead of fearing it.

Being open and ready for life keeps me joyous and happy.

Today, I am prepared for my life, regardless of what it brings.
