I am Happy with Who I Am and who I am Becoming

am happyDo you find yourself saying “I am happy with my life”? If not maybe it’s the programming of your subconscious mind that is holding you back from being happy with who you are.

If you are interested in finding more happiness you may have to train your subconscious mind where to look.  Finding happiness isn’t hard, as long as you know what to look for.

If you think you would like to be happier then read this message out loud to yourself morning and night for the next 21 days.

I am happy with who I am and who I am becoming.

Every day I make a list of things I am happy with about me. I am able to quickly and easily make a long list of my positive qualities.

Whenever I have a free minute, I like to mentally list the things I am happy about in myself. This list lets me see how talented and gifted I am.

I am happy with who I am and who I am becoming because I know I am blessed with many talents and gifts.

While I realize I am not perfect I am happy because I have been given an opportunity today to work on those characteristics I’d like to change. Even though I realize I have these characteristics I am still very happy with who I am and who I am becoming.

Today like every day I choose to focus on my positive features.

There are times when loving myself is challenging, as when doubts occasionally arise. But as I focus on my positive features those doubts vanish as quickly as they arise. My positive focus frees from all nagging doubts and concerns.

I am happy with who I am and who I am becoming!

I am not perfect, seeking flawlessness is an impossible task. And then I think, how boring would it be if everyone were perfect? Not much to smile at or learn from, that’s for sure.

Then I realize that it is my imperfections that make me happy with who I am and who I am becoming!

I love my special quirks and the unique qualities that make me unique and different. These special qualities are what allow me to do things others only dream about.

I am happy with who I am and who I am becoming because I accept others as they are. This allows me to accept with all my flaws more easily. I believe that everyone has the right to be unique and special, even me!

Today, I choose to be happy with who I am and who I am becoming. I am happy with my life just the way it is. This acceptance of myself and everyone around me allows me to receive even greater blessings each and every day.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. What characteristics do I love about myself?
  2. How can I be more accepting of myself?
  3. How can I be more accepting of others?
