I Can Create Good Habits

If you feel like you’re being held back by your habits it could be that your subconscious mind is blocking your path to success.

You can remove the blocks in your subconscious mind by using positive daily affirmations and self talk to create new, empowering habits.

If you do not feel that you have habits that are not serving you then read this message out loud to yourself morning and night for the next 21 days.

I Can Create Good Habits

My habits are mine by choice. I am stronger than any of my habits.

Like everyone, I do things a certain way. My lifestyle usually serves me well.

Even though my habits usually are for the good, when one of my habits needs to change, I am flexible and open to other options.

When a new habit will benefit me I am ready to take action.

I can create good habits.

I decide what works for me. I also decide when I’m ready for a change.

When that little voice inside of me tells me that a part of my life would be better if done differently, I listen.

I realize that all habits have some good purpose, at least at some time. But with time comes the need to change the habits that no longer serve me.

When I find myself at a place where my present habit does not serve me, I take the time to assess my situation.

I look at my present situation and ask myself what would be the best action for me to take now. I examine every possible option. I look for choices that empower me and add to my present life.

I look inside of me for the behavior that will serve me best and then I take the action I need to make that behavior a habitual part of my life.

I am grateful for my resourcefulness and strength. These give me the ability to see the big picture, where I can choose from many options.

This viewpoint enables me to choose the best path in any circumstance.

Today, I know I can create good habits. I trust that I will choose to take the right path in all situations.

  1. What bad habit am I doing now that I should make a conscious decision to change?
  2. What good behavior can I choose to replace the bad habit?
  3. What can I do today to show that I am stronger than my habits?
