Positive habits Do your habits help you achieve your goals or do your habits hold you back?

If you feel like you’re being held back by your habits it could be that your subconscious mind is blocking your path to success.

You can remove the blocks in your subconscious mind by using positive daily affirmations and self talk to create new, empowering habits.

If you do not feel like you have the habits that can take you to your goals then read this message out loud to yourself morning and night for the next 21 days.

I Am Excited About Practicing My Positive Daily Habits 

Each day is an exciting opportunity for me.

Yesterday is history and is gone. It no longer has any hold on me.

Who knows tomorrow will bring? To achieve my goals I make the most of each day by staying in the present.

Creating positive habits is one of the best ways of taking advantage of every opportunity I am given. I know that habits take practice and repetition to form.

Each behavior I start and then reinforce repeatedly establishes a pattern. I only engage in actions that serve me, so I stay conscious about each thing I do.

As I form each positive habit I gain confidence in my ability to effect positive changes in my life.

I take the opportunity to learn from my mistakes. This allows my future decisions to move me toward my goals.

As long as I am alive, there is always a “next time.”

When I find myself slipping, engaged in behaviors do not support the highest vision of myself, I choose a different action to take, now in the moment.

Today, I am grateful for the new and exciting life my good habits brings to me.

I look for daily opportunities to make new habits. This is a daily practice helps me to blossom into the whole and beautiful person I am.
