Today I stay centered and in the moment with my breathing

Every day I take the time to use breathing to bring serenity into my life.

Keeping my hand on my stomach I Inhale, slowly, gradually, allowing my lungs to fill with air.

My hand lets me know that I am taking deep, rich breaths filling them from bottom to top.

Then I exhale, pushing the air out from my abdomen, letting it go at a slow, steady pace.

As I breathe I focus my attention on the air flowing in and out of my body.

When other thoughts enter and try to distract me I go back to listening to my breathing.

Each morning I take the time to breathe in the freshness of the morning dew.

Breathing fresh, clean air at the beginning of my day clears my mind and fills me with energy.

When my life gets busy, I take the time to breathe.

Breathing helps me to be more productive and energized by maximizing my brainpower.

I concentrate on every breath, envisioning a powerful cleansing force circulating throughout my body.

I tell myself “I am breathing in power and blowing out stress”

No matter how hectic the situation, breathing helps me to clear my mind, re-focus my thinking, and free my body from stress.

I stay centered and in the moment with my breathing.
