What are positive affirmations? A positive affirmation is simply a positive phrase about yourself or your life that you tell yourself.
Collect positive affirmations that you like. Write your positive affirmations in a journal and then transfer them on to post it notes to put all around your home. A good place to put them is on your bathroom mirror.
Another great place is in your work area. Make sure you take a few moments every day to pause and read them.

How to Use Positive Affirmations to Boost Your Self-esteem.
For example, here are a few of my favorite affirmations:
“I totally and unconditionally love and accept myself just the way I am.”
I am amazing and awesome!”
“I like myself.”
“I totally trust myself.”
“I feel and accept the wonder and magic of life.”
“I forgive myself for everything I’ve ever done.”
These are just suggestions. The best positive affirmations are ones that you design for specifically for you.
