Keeping Track of Your Accomplishments

Keeping Track of Your Accomplishments

Keeping Track of Your AccomplishmentsWelcome to today’s self-esteem booster “Keeping Track of Your Accomplishments.”
We all do a lot every day. The problem is we quickly forget about all the things we accomplish.
To fix this you’re going to start keeping track of your accomplishments.

Every day, at day’s end take a few minutes to write down all of your accomplishments. Even if your day became so mixed up you only accomplished one thing, give yourself credit for it.
While the easiest way to do this is by using a yellow pad and pencil, you can benefit from a planning tool. I use a Franklin Planner, but there are many planning tools on the market. You can go from the very expensive to the very not expensive – it really doesn’t matter.
What matters is that you start doing it!
Go to your favorite office supply store and take a few minutes exploring their planners today.
Then start using it tonight!
That’s it! Now keep an eye out for your next self-esteem booster.
