It can be easy to focus on the negatives of life but even if you’ve had a tough day there are positive things in your life.
Instead of feeling negative, sit down, close your eyes and think of 5 things in a gratitude journal for which you are grateful.
If you can think of more, write more down in your gratitude journal.
I’ll bet you feel better already.

Having a tough time thinking about what you are grateful for?
Can you listen to music? Be grateful you can hear.
Can you watch the sunset or sunrise? Be grateful for your eyes.
Can you taste your food? Be grateful.
How about where you live. If it’s not under a bridge, be grateful.
There are many, many things you can be grateful for.
Remember to write them down them every day in your gratitude journal. If you’re ever feeling down take a few minutes to read what you’re grateful for.
