An easy way to overcome this feeling of anxiousness is simply to laugh. That’s because your body’s physiology tells you how you feel, so when you’re genuinely laughing your body can’t feel anxious.

How to Overcome Anxiety with Laughter
The next time these kind of feelings start creeping up on you think about the funniest experience you’ve ever had. Bring back up the sights the sounds and feelings you had while it happened. That should get you laughing.
Another thing you can do is watch a TV show or movie that makes you laugh. You can also read a book of jokes. Just find something that makes you laugh.
Today your assignment is to find a few things that make you laugh and practice laughing even if you don’t feel anxious. That way you’ll be ready the next time those anxious feelings come up.
