Find positive things to occupy your mind.

How to End Your Day on a Positive Note

Right before going to bed find something positive to focus your mind on. Read 15 minutes of a uplifting book or listen to 15 minutes of a self-development recording.

This will keep your mind focused on the positive as you go to bed. It’ll also help you drift off to sleep with pleasant thoughts in your head.
