Remember, with hypnosis, you’re still awake and in control. No one can make you do anything you don’t want to do! So if you find that you are lukewarm or you want to change because someone else wants you to change its best you wait. These are the times when you will want to work on increasing your desire for the change you’re trying to effect before you use hypnosis and NLP to help you make the change.
