4. Focus on the Positive

Finding happiness is much simpler by taking a positive approach toward life. Make a point of finding the positive in every event.

When someone else has a success, celebrate with them and help them enjoy it. Let their success add to your happiness.

6. Be Generous

7. Choose Where You Live

While you may not be able to afford to live in La Jolla California or Greenwich, Connecticut, you can find an area that fits your ideal lifestyle. 8. Feel and Express Negative Feelings
