Deep Breathing is My Tool for Finding Inner Peace

During the day, I take the time to breathe deeply. Deep breathing helps me to unwind. As I breathe deeply, stressful thoughts float away, far away from my mind.

Concerns of the day diminish as I slow down and breathe deeply. As I breathe deeply and let go, the power stress holds on me dwindles.

Deep breathing helps me calm my mind and body.

As I breathe in slowly and deeply, I envision energy flowing throughout my body. Then I breathe out all my tension and worries, watching them flow far away. Closing my eyes, I listen as my breaths synchronize the rhythm of my heartbeat.

Deep breathing is important because it allows me to relax and focus on solutions that will create my destiny.

Deep breathing allows me to have authority over my thoughts.

My worries no longer control me. As I breathe in deeply, warm thoughts melt away all my anxieties.

When the pace of life starts to feel fast paced and out of control, I remove myself from it and take the time to breathe deeply so I can refocus. I go to the quiet place in my mind where I can find the inner peace I desire.

I take the time to relax and enjoy my free time. I make time for myself, writing my own name in my planner for time to relax and breathe deeply.

Sometimes I use soft music to help me relax or listen to the sounds of ocean waves. With each crashing wave, I visualize my worries dissipating.

I value myself and am proud of myself for making me a priority. Deep breathing helps to unlock the treasure within me, finding my inner peace.
