Coping with Workplace Stress

workplace stressThe American Psychological Association tells us that over 70 percent of all workers are negatively affected by workplace stress. Learning to control their workplace stress is one of the biggest reasons my San Diego clients come to use advanced hypnotherapy (hypnosis) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Do you have to deal with the symptoms of workplace stress, things like co-worker tension, uncompromising bosses and work place overload? Meditation and Deep Breathing for Relieving Stress Anytime, Anywhere
