Why Do People Fail?

But shortcuts can have problems
Shortcuts become problems when they turn into false beliefs.
False Beliefs and Failure
While it is good to have true beliefs, beliefs that keep you safe – like gravity will cause you to fall to the earth if you jump from a high place…
False beliefs, like “I can’t stop overeating” or “I just don’t have any confidence” or “I’m always stressed out” are not helpful at all.
These types of false beliefs can make you struggle and cause you to fail to achieve your goals and dreams.
